配送ポリシー

Local Collectors are more than welcome to contact us to arrange a free pick up.

All original paintings and prints will ship out within 2-6 business days of the order being placed. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays.

International orders require an additional invoice for shipping costs. At this time, we use USPS or DHL to ship all international orders. Any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the international Collector.
Anna Art Atelier is not responsible for these charges or any delays caused by customs.
